Training CD's and add-ins can be purchased for immediate download.   Shipping of books, training CD's, and add-ins happens from our California headquarters within 24 hours of when an order is placed.   We can deliver the CDs to virtually any address in the world, and we use the fastest and most economical shipping method depending on the delivery location.   Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, or Federal Express ground delivery.

 

All CDs and add-ins are examined and tested for 100% quality before being shipped.   If by chance you receive a CD that is defective, or is not the CD you ordered, you may return that CD within seven (7) calendar days of delivery for a full refund of the CD and its related shipping costs.   Your refund will normally be sent to you within two (2) weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.   We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
